I've had it since i was born was born with it all over me but only get it on my hands elbows and the odd time under my arms. I have it ony my hands near enough all year round.

I use a cream called Eucerinthe one with 10% urea in it. use sudocrem under my arms as it dont sting as much

But if its really bad get ur sell into the dics and get sum steriod cream
