Its what I call reverse anorexia!
I still see myself as as that 9 stone skinny runt thats no different to anyone else. Not such a bad thing I dont think as it means I'm not a cocky git that thinks he's better than everyone else.
Its quite normal imho. You strive to be bigger and therefore you will never get to a shape you are happy with as you could always grow and lift more. Its the bug bear of the sport I'm afraid.
The only change I tend to notice is when I have lost size or strength.
