Default Eczema - anyone any solutions?

As I'm sure many of you will know, Eczema can be an absolute twat to live with sore flakey skin and red itchy skin in the affected areas

I've never really had any major problems with it apart from the inside of joints such as elbows and behind the knees and even then it was only occasionally and it hasn't been a problem and hasn't even gone slightly red anywhere for the last 3 or 4 years

But recently, with no apparant reason it has flared up all over my shoulders, chest, legs, arm joints and armpits and even my bollock sack

I know that a change in washing powder, diet, weather condition, clothing materials and other such factors, including stress, can bring it on, but I'm not stressed at all in the sligtest and nothing has changed apart from the weather

I've tried emoliating creams such as E45 and the like, even tried using vaseline as that soothes and locks in moisture, but it doesn't seem to work at all. I'm reluctant to visit my GP as he is a useless cunt who will provide me with a sicknote and thats it

Anyone on here got any good ideas to help reduce or irradicate the visible effects. I know that it cannot be cured and is a hereditory disease that is with you for life but any releif from its effects would be marvelous - before I scratch myself to an early grave - as even the slightest touch can make is sore and itchy
