When its at 1200rpm when warm take the plug off the ISCV and see if the idle drops,if it does you have got a problem with the ISCV/wiring/management/sensor etc ,if it stays at 1200rpm with the plug off the ISCV it's the base idle thats wrong,or you have got a air leak on the inlet system somewhere

The base idle screw on yours,if its a 4x4,is different to the 2wd.
The 4x4 has got a screw for adjustment,its on the underside of the throttle housing,the opposite to the ISCV if you see what I mean

Probably be seized solid too if its a 4x4 type
