I really like the look and size of the mac minis, can you get PC based equivalents?

decent spec in a small box that just needs connecting to the monitor/TV would be spot on, must have CD+DVD burning capability though.

I'm using a laptop at the minute and I'd rather have something I can stick on the shelf out of the way but dont have room for a desktop sized box, I dont really use it for anything other than the net and burning discs, doesnt need to play games or be used for work purposes etc.

Any suggestions?
