on bootup press F8

Should bring up a menu

Choose safe mode
When in windows, go into display settings (right click desktop, properties, display settings) then set the resolution to 800x600

Do a restart, let it load normally, then do above things again and try 1024x768 etc etc until it looks normal..

Try that.....
