renew n/s rear coil spring aprox £45 for spring
power steering (power loss): suspect power steering rack - replace & retrack Exchange rack IIRC £160 £70 fitting track £25
renew/ weld rear section exhaust £20 +parts
emissions problem (high Co2) - suspect misfire - plugs, leads, sticking valve ? HC's would be high with those probably simple adjustment
ABS lite fault ?? sensor? expensive new £90ish?

not wanting to sound like a wanker, but is it worth it? even if you are DIYing it there is a fair bit of £££ that need to be spent.
