As above it'll be fine - HOWEVER that can be a PROPER cunt of a job!

One turbo i did i had to grind 4 of the bolt heads off because they were seized solid and then rounded off.

And even then i had to SMASH the housing off with a lump hammer........and if it doesn't come off square theres a chance you might damage the fins on the turbine.

If it comes off easy then its a straight forward job though
