For example, he had the cd blank for when you take the original cd/radio combo out, listed as no longer available, with a price of £15. Ford sell them still for £3... same with the surround that holds the sunroof switch in.

I always contact local ford dealer - although some of the parts dept employ muppets, luckily, ours is an ok guy.
