he wants to learn,had the dremel in his shed,thought he would ask first then thought "fuck it ill try it anyway",it worked,he's shown it works,happy days,yet still somehow the experts have magical powers,removed metal is removed metal!he knows the basics and is trying to learn,even the mighty dwarf of NMS started as a young pup somewhere with no practical skills,and i bet he tried some stuff to get as good as he apparently is nowadays.everyone starts somewhere and steve really wasnt massively bothered if he fucked it up a little as its just something interesting to try.
