Actually, in a market economy like ours the buyer does control the market..
Or certainly COULD control the market if they could get organised, but as a nation we are now a country of selfish fucks only looking out for number one.
But what I want to know is what happened to that bloke and all his mates who blockaded all the petrol depots with their lorries when the price was no where near what it is now.
It did force a temporary slow down in prices but now they are back up the hauliers must be suffering.
