Im surprised pay first hasnt happened here yet. Its normal in the USA. And given the cost of fuel, and the amount of drive-offs at filling stations ( which is a big hit, considering the little profit they make on fuel sales ) it would make perfect sense to have people pay for their fuel first.
Even if it would inconvenience customers.
Although I know some 24hr stations used to do this over here....any that did, I went elsewhere lol
