Thats definitely the ISCV mate - sits underneath the throttle boddy (attached to inlet manifold at the back)

They are £90 ish brand new from Ford so try and clean yours first if possible. Sounds like the runner rail inside is full of crap. Clean with Carb cleaner (the none residue type i.e. Wynns). Once you are happy its clean, throw it back on and start her up. If it doesnt fix it by cleaning then its a new ISCV mate.
