Rollers differ hugely though.
My FRST made 207 at Engine Advantages yet only 167bhp on my mates Dyno Dynamics rollers.
The T3 really isn't noticably more laggy than the T2 at all unless you fit the .48 housing as well (hence why I stuck to the .36). And yes it really is a lot of wedge when you consider that they are pretty delicate and still can't cope with any real boost levels. The turbo is too small so the engine consumes the boost faster than the turbo can produce it. Hence why T2 equipped FRST's always run out of guff once on the roll in 3rd gear onwards
