I'm having a Zetec turbo built at the moment, I'm using a 2 litre mondeo block bored to 2.1 using mahle forged pistons, adapter plate from Interpro to use an escort rs turbo exhaust manifold on the zetec head, sapph cossie spec t3 in escort rs turbo housing, custom fuel rail to run the dark greens, mondeo throttle body, standard head, standard cams, Autronic management, 2wd sapph cossie intercooler and custom pipework, custom exhaust, paddle clutch, series 1 turbo box (will hopefully get the gearboxman's treatment) etc. etc., the list goes on
Estimated power at 15psi is around 300bhp (not with a standard s1 box though), looks like the ignition will be reatarded to feck and running the minimum of 10-12psi (unless I mess about with the actuator) to get the torque down to run a standard box to get it on the road
Interpro had a 2.1 Zetec turbo in a fortnight back, apparently it put out 288bhp and 321 ft/lbs of torque at 14 psi with forged pistons and running at 14psi
I really don't want to work out what its cost me (or my bank I should say

) but I think its worth it
