A fellow employee got done for having no insurance on his company car,

To cut a long story short the boss went to court with him and admited to forgetting to insure the car as he thought it was coverd by there main insurance policy......

He walked away with no convictions and no fine, and the boss got nothing as he was not driving the car.....
