right ill tell you whats happened first a building company i use to do some work has a driver now he drives the fiat scudo van every day now he had a big crash last week the other driver is in a serious condition in hospital now he came out of hospital and the police asked for all the insurance details now he has asked the director who deals with ALL the money issues thoughout the company and his responsibility to sort out the insurance, now he has found out he wasnt insured now totally not his fault now where does he stand ??? he was under the impression from the director that he was insured and was 100% covered ive heard about a "REPS CLAUSE" just trying to help him a little as ive seen something about it on here before any help would be great???????????????? dont get me wrong not trying to get someone off the hook or anything like that as tossers who drive without insurance are scum of the earth but this really was not his fault as niether was thecrash and now it looks like he is fooked any help???
