Could be a number of things First thing to check is that theres a fuse in the heated seat slot in the fuse box as alot of people take them out thinking they dont need them but they do as it has something to do with the fuel ECU. The next thing is the cold start valve remove it from the inlet (leaving the red fuel line connected obviously) and get yourself a clear container put the coldstart valve in the container and get someone to crank the engine over if you get fuel out then thats fine if thats ok then the next thing to check is the auxilary air device get the car ticking over then crimp one of the pipes if the revs drop then it could be faulty.
