maybe changing the hours we work is ok,not this nonsense of letting us know from day to day what hours we will be working,thats not good enough
If a company is going to be competitive it needs to have outgoings that are comparable to other compaines in the same sector for things like pension payments.
So in a word YES that is what they need to do.
