I left my job to start my own business how ON EARTH does this compare to a union going on strike because of job cuts etc?

I had a bit of a set to with a foreman which promted me to leave earlier than i intended, you dont strike and get the whole building industry to strike alongside you cos you have had a argument with the foreman Ginge! I take it you are on your drugs tonight????
