Depends on what pointless means?

Pointless as in, after it all ends the jobs will probably still go so yeah..but

NOT pointless as in you have to make a stand for what you think is right sometimes no matter what the outcome. Look at the miners. No strike will ever compare the the miners strike and in the end it was all for nothing, and lots of ex miners are still struggling from it due to loss of earnings and debt etc etc, but they stood for what they believed in, and if you ask any moner that went on strike there isnt many, if any, that regret doing it.
