I can tell you right now exactly how to make a profit, but due to the way the Royal Mail is STILL controlled by the government, it never will, if it was allowed to actually compete on an even keel with the competition it would make a profit, but it's not allowed too...
But as i've already said there is no point in me writing an essey on how the company can make a profit, becuse i'm a thick lazy tosser who knows fuk all evidently.

sorry but pay a unskilled worker less money so that hard working people who wish to learn new skills can be reconised
no skills then you should be payed basic wages so you learn a skill and move up
its hard but ive had to do it,, i had a shite time of doing it but i managed with a bit if del boy ideas ect
now i get my rewards,,,, it took me a few years of being screwed over but live looked after me and i got to the next stage
