I actually don't mind traffic wardens.

If I have to park abit cheeky and see a warden, I always ask them and say I will be two minutes, 9/10 they say ok, Ill be timing you and then plod off.

I would love it to be the case that if you park on a double yellow and leave the car unattended (you not in the drivers seat) and someone hits your car, it is your fault!!!

There are double yellows for a reason, mainly as they are likely to cause a danger, if the above was law, parking on yellows would be finished within a year, you wouldn't dare.

The times I have sat in a huge line of traffic, and why, because some mindless shat has dumped there car on double yellows and blocked their side of the street

My mate is a HGV driver, he said he was in central london and had to make a turn, some bloke had dumped his porsche in double yellows making it impossible, can't go foward, can't go back, so was forced to try, ended up taking the porsche with him
