1.6 zetec / 1.6 finesse

I'm a noob here,
quick question.
looking at buying a Focus estate.
can anyone tell me what the differance is between (advertised as)
1.6 Zetec and 1.6 Finesse
the z is £1850 on a w/2000 (160k miles)and the f is £1495 on a 2000/x (65k miles) so trying wo work out the differance
