I've heard of many faults with Innovate, but ive used a few and never have any problem. Mine's been on the S2 for over 2 years now, driven daily and it's faultless. it could be a build quality issue, possible with heater current overcoming the wiring - just a random guess. They also won't work with a sensor that is to far 'gone' - the detecting logic could be a little too sensitive. Still, the measuring principle is second to none, and it's this the OEM's are looking into.
