Cardio cardio cardio.

You need to watch you diet as I'm sure your aware but basically burn more calories. Couldn't be more simpler. If you dont have the time, money or incentive to go to a gym then get out and do things in the real world. I have this wild theory that a real bike works just as well as a stationary one in a gym. Goes the same for stairs and a stepper etc etc
