T4 will give more torque than the other turbos you have mentioned if used on the right set up and mapped correctly. More air+more fuel + less backpressure = more torque and power, it is as simple as that
He said 400Bhp not 500bhp and even then there won't be much in it unless you do a Rod Tarry and you spike 40psi (ref old 500bhp engine) in the mid range and and then claim you have more torque than a torquey thing!lol
