eeerrmmmmm im not a smoker but why the hell would you have a lighter in one hand and a cig in the other hand

dont he mean one hand up near your face lighting the cig in your mouth and the other hand on the steering wheel

i always drive with one hand on the steering wheel and i dont smoke... its just comfortable. soon thoses thieving bastards are gonna try and put a law on if your seen driving with only one hand on the wheel blah blah
