Hi mate, when you bought the intercooler you should have specified to who you bought it from that it needed a boss in there for this sensor to screw into. I had to get Radtec to re-do mine after i got it all the way home to find it wasnt there at all . Dont forget being an EEC-IV the car has a sensor which is monitoring the air at that point. I'd not try running the car with out this if it was me. It needs fitting just before the hose on the intercoolers pipe on the cooler to throttle body hose. Try fitting your hose onto the cooler and then mark with a pen where it could go into, be careful not to mark it too close to the front panel where the headlight lives as if you do this the sensor plug wiring wont go on properly
