Roughly i would say to ceramic coat your manifold you would be looking at £140.

To wrap it then you will need a roll of of thermo-tec which is no more than £30 and use some stainless steel lock wire to secure it in place.

The only thing i can say is that it does breakdown after a while and become brittle, so you can find yourself having to re-apply the stuff.
