the original turbo was in need of replacing worn shaft, so paul got me another T3 with 360 thrust bearing, when i picked the car up i noticed the new turbo didn,t have the lambda screwed into where they are usually plumbed in infact this turbo didn,t have the place for it. when i asked about it paul said it wasn,t working right anyway.what i don,t understand is at 7% co the car runs and drives spot on and the sparkplugs are a perfect colour not black as coal as you would expect from running to rich, the oil smells of oil not fuel so i don,t think borewash is a factor here. with an incorrect set up car surely you would be having problems... other than the co at mot its not missed a beat in 2 yrs! cossies sent from hell to try us!!
