If you have as soon as it gets tiny internet issue it will try and dial out on another connection and may even bring up a dialup dialog. When this fails it may put your internet into offline mode and then fuck you....
connections is greyed out, but set at never dial a connection.

just system restored it to 5th august, still the same, will go back to march to be sure, as i deffently didnt have it in june/july
That sounds all good. Sure its not an NTL issue...?
