As long as you take your time you should be ok, dont rush the job and make sure your paint is properly prepared:washed/clayed/dried. It is important when using a rotary polisher to watch out for heat build up at the edges of panels, panel joins and round about plastic trim, this is where the real skill of machine polishing comes in.

Anyway good luck. get some before and after pics posted up.
