In my experience with EA, if paul is doing the work it all seems to be fine, but when one of his monkeys does the work its shite.

He ended up giving me a £300 refund after they had done some diagnostic work on my seat ended up telling me that a piston had gone. I took further advice and found that it was an air flow metre. Imagine if i had said ok please build me a new engine!!!!!

That it only my experience though and i have never had anything that exciting done by them.

Always liked paul, very friendly but i just think he has employed the wrong people.
