7.5 hour day, 4 days a week, but I get to spend quite a bit of that just sat on the net (although often I make up for some of that by staying on a couple of hours later)

basic of 32k, made about 40K last year though, which is a full 80-100K less than I was earning at 25 years old, but personally I couldnt give a flying fuck about the money, ive got a really stress free easy job now and when im on holiday it means im on holiday, not that im working from somewhere else like I was back then, Ive got enough coming in just about to pay for my cars and a few trips to the ring etc, not really bothered about much beyond that, although if I didnt already own a house and a share of another one Id probably be less relaxed!
