I know a top bodyshop near me who does plenty of classic and resto stuff as well as insurance work.
Was going to Pay £2500 to paint and prep my 16i if i delivered it stripped of everything but engine running gear and glass. They would build it back up.
Would have been worth every penny.
ps this was everything off, windows out and everything inside and out. And I thought that was a good price
