don't know much about the items in the links you've posted but uprated bulbs are normally crap.

I've got a hid conversion that I'm testing at the moment on my 3door and so far it all looks bright it comes with a 15 month bulb AND ballast resistor warrenty. It's simple to fit and is a good upgrade. IIRC the price is £130ish for the kit which I know is more than the cost of 2 bulbs but they are quite good
