I think GMP are on the recruit at the mo, Its all ive heard for the last 2 weekends due to 2 Christenings with Police parents

Your 2 years Probation is being sent/shown different departments so you get to know who does what etc, after that you can make roads to follow your path,
My mate has landed a cushy after 5 years, 9-5 Mon-Fri sorting out ASBO's, He says its 10000000000000000 times better than shifts/nights etc as he's home every night and can 'lead a life'.
Pay is ok, pension etc and you do get looked after
