If it had a full test on it and least that would prove something, that it's capable of passing one before you start spending money on it. The way it is you could end up spending as much as buying a good one, and then still not have as good a car. It really depends on the car when you buy something like this, it's never going to be worth as much as an HPI clear one, but depending on what's happened to them there are some good bargains to be had. Just looking at these pics that one does look a bit on the roughish side to me, but at the end of the day you pays your money and you takes your choice.
