if it breaks im not using them. I will take it to my local computer shop where they fix stuff at a very good price
I'm not getting a refund as they still keep 15% for themselves and thats alot of money, and since its not me buying it (my folks) they dont want to lose over 100 quid since they do deliver eventually just not when they say they will
