inlet cam set at 3 o clock exhaust cam at 9 o clock u have 4 lugs on the bottom pulley in front of one of the lugs is a little cut out (V-shape)this u line up with the pointer,remove dizzy cap,arm and the dust cap refit arm this should line up with a line(does not have to be dead in the middle of the arm but as close as u can get it)
