no that is quite clearly titanium, again you can tel this by the colour and the width and shape of the weld bead,
if you look at the top picture of the exhaust you posted the bracket that attatches to the bumper area, looks like it has been MIG welded, how many people do you know that can MIG weld titanium?
I am not trying to be a smart arse, but without seeing it in the flesh i would say that it is not titanium
