They the 238mm discs?

For a "bolt-on" mod - get newer (2000 on) calipers / discs / pads from a fiesta or Puma that are 260mm and use mintex Xtreme pads. Did me on my Puma round Nurburgring fine

Of if you want to drill your caliper mounts out to 12mm and use spacers, you can fit 300mm mondeo calipers with associated discs and pads. Make sure your alloys clear the calipers though.

Simple and relatively cheap upgrades.
