80% of ur body is made of water, u drink 2 much u just piss alot granted water doesnt have the nutriants and vitimins ur need which u get from say orange juice, but u make that up in food u eat.
basically the bodys like an engine if u fill it up with sh!tty fuel u'll get shit performance from it.
