does anybody know how you can contest a negative feedback left against you???
i had some bloke win bid on an item i was selling 2 months ago now! and all he did is mess me around.

he failed to turn up 4 times, wouldnt answer the phone or messages so i filed a dispute and got my money back for listing fee and end of item fee.
the today he leaves me a negative?!
says he arranged to collect and i wernt in?!

ive seen some peoples negative feedbacks and they have written a comment under their's to contest it.
any help much appreciated
