There is no point having bigger injector and a better flowing head if you are using the standard ECU and inlet.
What is the point of the verniers with standard cams? Even with uprated cams you dont need verniers, they just make setting the timing quicker.
Your £s spent to bhp gain ratio is far, far lower than it should be. The ZETEC is not longer older engines, you have do things differently. For what you have spent you should have around 200 bhp, not 150 bhp(that is the max you have in real terms and that is being kind).
