Please, let's not get argumentative or overly rude on this thread as it'll give some mod an excuse to move it from GD


I think the mods performance should be revieuwed from time to time and based on the outcome of that they should either stay or step down.


Also I think that the randomness of moderating in the last few day's and the banning of loads of people without breaking any rules was very very questionable.
Why some people get ban after ban and still come back whilst others are banned for life on first offence is beyond me.
A mod should be impartial in his moderating and not let personal opinions or feelings cloud their judgement.
It wouldn't be the first time we see mods that swear at users and threaten them with abusing their 'powers' either
