well after buying Martrs old purple rs turbo a few months back,



I had a bit of a misshap with the car an injector seal split and leaked fuel over the exhaust causing the front end of the car to be badly damaged
so i set out to find a donor car for its runnig gear


I picked this 1988 black cabriolet up for £600 ang have stared buying bits to build it up into a turbo cab heres a few pics of the engine so far,






Since the engine was out of the purple rs ive repalce every gasket and change the cam for a newman cam wtih solid lifters

1.9 cvh 1800cc crank low comp pistons
stage 3 jamsort heat with huge ports
