its the trader that owes him the money not you, he cant report it nicked as its not fooking nicked, hes purchased a stolen car, he gots his money back from the trader simple as, its just obviuosly he cant get the money off the trader and so the guy is pulling a fast one hoping it will be resloved

think ya gonna have to have serious words with a court matey as i cant see why they take the car off ya as it was NEVER actually stolen
