Never EVER buy 3 mobile. The free minutes sound tempting but the service is complete rollocks. I never used to even get service are be it in Hertfordshire or Surrey....always dropping calls, very rarely in Łg mode if working at all....the call centre/customer services is in India - so trying to understand what they are saying is a mission in itself (although they are the most polite customer services I have EVER encountered - and much respect to them for that)

I contacted them in april, 3 months prior to my contract ending, via phone, letter & email and I was still connected up until September and I paid the 3 months on top, in the end I was forced to cancel my direct debit and all I got was a 'Im very sorry' from a guy in Hemel Hempstead, told I may or may not be reimbursed for the three months they overcharged me - not that Im bothered I was just over the moon to be rid of the damn phone!!!

Went straight out and got a P900 on Vodaphone, why I left them in the first place is beyond me. Ive been on every network and can safely say Vodaphone comes top. A bit pricey, but unrivalled service.
